Dr. Ashok Ladha
A renowned Gastroenterologist Surgeon with a specialization in Coloproctology, has been practising in Indore for nearly 4 decades now. He has held senior positions in various National and International Medical Associations. He has been actively participating in various National as well as International Conferences as a Guest Speaker. A Mentor to the Urban Nirvana Wellness Corporation and guides the team with his experience and wise inputs in all departments from time-to-time.
Mr. Rahul Ladha
He is a pharmacy graduate by qualification and was a SAP BW Consultant Working with a US Based company at Hyderabad. He has been associated with the Spa Industry since 2011 and guides the UNWC team with his decade long experience. An active participant in all Operations related and Strategic discussions in the company.
The other team-members are young, dynamic, experienced professionals having minimum five years experience of working on-floor which gives them an upper hand to understand operational challenges, staff concerns, sales and marketing strategies better and guide the Spa teams in the appropriate direction.
Dedicated personnel for Operations, HR, Training, Sales-Marketing and Accounts departments makes Corporate operations competent to give hassle-free support the unit level teams in all aspects.

The massage therapy - what you ask for is what you are going to get. Eg. Deep Tissue Massage is really deep where the muscle tissues are relaxed for sure. The therapist takes time to ask questions about guest areas of concern and exactly what style and pressure they are looking for.
